Nancy Settle-Murphy of Guided Insights and Julia Young of Facilitate.com are creating two brand new courses for launch this fall. At the heart of Leading Virtual Teams is a one-day workhop, preceded by a "best practices" webinar. A new virtual classroom session, with a working title of Keeping Virtual Participants Engaged and Focused, is designed for those who struggle to keep participants engaged, whether during virtual meetings, remote training sessions or other virtual forums.
