Facilitation skills training workshop delivered onsite, virtually, or both!

For busy clients who want to pack in a lot of learning into a short amount of time, we also offer a one-day facilitation skills workshop, with an option for a follow-on 90-minute virtual workshop to demonstrate best practices in designing and running effective virtual meetings. The one-to two-day Facilitation: From Good to Great workshop is always available for those who need more in-depth skills for planning and running both face-to-face and virtual meetings. Our full set of facilitation skills programs can be tailored to the needs of each group of organization and participant group.

Guided Insights welcomes more new clients

This fall, a growing national health services provider has engaged Guided Insights once again to deliver our three-part Virtual Leadership Series, part of our Bridging the Distance series, to managers across the country. Each module is designed to address challenges from each unique group of participants, using interactive discussions and exercises. Building trust and social capital across boundaries is a key focus area. We’re also using our blended facilitation approach to design and facilitate a day-long strategy planning workshop for a fast-growing greater Boston IT consulting services firm.
