Kathy Connolly

Kathy Connolly is founder of The Office Outdoors, specializing in team-building programs that build healthy teams through active, eco-friendly experiences.  With over 15 years’ experience in corporate project management, Kathy draws on a wide range of skills and experiences to complement her work as a team building consultant, facilitator and program designer.  Kathy is Myers Briggs trained and excels at creating high energy programs that result in better team performance.

Wendy Dodek is principal and owner of Insight Research & Training of Boston, Massachusetts.  Wendy moderates focus groups, conducts executive interviews and observational assessments for a diverse range of clients in the US and overseas. Wendy specializes in testing reactions to new product concepts, idea generation around new products and services and evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing corporate initiatives. 

Peg Kelley formed Facilitation Plus to pursue her commitment to the power of facilitation and problem solving in helping organizations achieve objectives. Peg serves as a group facilitator, and offers training in meeting management and creative problem solving.

Caroline Thornton is the Founder and president of NADUM Inc. based in Toronto, Ontario. NADUM specializes in the design, development and delivery of structured workshops. Caroline also provides facilitation skills training, both basic and advanced.

Linda Swerling, principal and owner of Level II Solutions in Brookline, MA, has over 25 years of executive level, hands-on experience in entrepreneurial high-technology start-ups, Fortune 500 corporations, and service-oriented businesses.  Established in 1987, Level II Solutions specializes in helping clients plan long-term solutions to make their businesses more profitable. Linda is skilled at quickly identifying key areas for improvement across functional areas.
